Two decks of floating space create the perfect party atmosphere here at Britain's Biggest Houseboat, where we've transformed a 1930s steel barge into one of London's most talked-about celebration venues. Our marina location at St Katharine Docks puts you right where the city meets the water, with Tower Gateway Station just minutes away for your guests arriving from across London. Your party begins on our upper deck, where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and frame the boats bobbing in the marina. The L-shaped sofa wraps around the room, creating natural spots for guests to gather with drinks while others spill out onto our 50-foot winter garden. This glass-enclosed foredeck has become the heart of countless celebrations, especially as the sun sets behind the Thames and the marina lights begin to twinkle. Our fully-equipped kitchen runs along one wall, complete with induction hobs, coffee machine and dishwasher, making catering effortless whether you're bringing in professionals or preparing food yourselves. The dining table seats eight formally, though we regularly host parties of 20 who flow between spaces, drinks in hand. Downstairs offers a complete change of scene. The second reception room faces the river directly, where the decorative fireplace creates an intimate atmosphere for later in the evening. Five bedrooms branch off the main areas, each with their own character, while our 4.5 bathrooms mean multiple groups can freshen up simultaneously. We've even got a sauna tucked away for those who want something different at their event.
