Step through the heavy wooden door on Dean Street and you'll find yourself in Mr Fogg's Pawnbrokers, where we've transformed a Victorian pawnshop into one of Soho's most intriguing party venues. Our space tells the story of Frank Fogg, Phileas's adventurous half-brother, through three distinctly different rooms that transport your guests into another era. The Pawnbrokers Counter greets you first - our main bar area where drinks are served from a grand wooden counter surrounded by glass-fronted display cabinets. We pour cocktails into Fabergé eggs, antique vases, and other curious vessels that spark conversation. Overhead, mismatched light fixtures cast warm shadows across walls lined with ticking clocks and Victorian artifacts (yes, including some rather risqué pieces from the era). Beyond the main room, The Strong Room reveals itself as a hidden vaulted chamber decorated with 19th-century jewels and antiques - perfect for guests who want a more intimate corner during your party. The Textiles Room completes our trio, draped in vintage carpets and Flemish tapestries that create an almost tent-like atmosphere under its fabric ceiling. We host up to 120 guests across all three spaces, making us suitable for everything from milestone birthdays to corporate celebrations. Our Topsy Turvy Tea transforms afternoon drinking into theatre, with cocktails disguised as miniature sandwiches served over two hours. For something more adventurous, our Treasure Hunt sends groups on a 2.5-hour cocktail journey through Soho's streets. Party planners love how our rooms offer different moods within one venue - your guests can mingle at the bar, retreat to The Strong Room for quieter conversations, or gather under the tapestries for group photos.
