About Oxford House
We've been welcoming Londoners through these doors since Victorian times, and Oxford House still surprises visitors today. Our Bethnal Green home – just minutes from the station – shapeshifts effortlessly between whatever you need it to be. One day it's hosting an intimate theatre performance in our 120-seat auditorium, the next it's buzzing with a product launch across our galleries and rooftop terrace. The original Victorian chapel remains the heart of the building, its restored features creating an atmosphere you won't find anywhere else in East London. Our dance studio floods with light during morning workshops, while smaller meeting rooms offer quiet corners for focused discussions. When the weather cooperates, that rooftop becomes something special – we've seen everything from summer parties to outdoor film screenings up there. Our café keeps everyone fueled with proper coffee and local treats (the brownies are dangerous). We've got all the practical bits covered too – AV equipment that actually works, accessible entrances, and enough flexibility with catering to handle whatever dietary requirements come our way.
