Our 60m² meeting space at TechStudio @ WheelWorks transforms ordinary meetings into something more engaging. We've equipped the room with technology that actually gets used - from our 75" screen with built-in audio bar and webcam for hybrid meetings, to VR headsets that bring training sessions to life. The interactive whiteboard has become a favorite for strategy sessions, while our professional cameras and green screen setup means you can record high-quality content without hiring external equipment. We're tucked inside Weaver's Court, just a five-minute walk from Great Victoria Street station. The free onsite parking saves everyone the usual Belfast parking hassle - there's nothing worse than attendees arriving stressed from circling for spaces. Depending on your needs, we can arrange the room for 20 people theatre-style, set up our boardroom table for 14, or create breakout areas with tables for up to 25 participants for workshops. The tech setup includes iPads for interactive presentations, a dedicated 30" screen in our quiet corner nook for smaller group work, and a sound booth when you need crystal-clear audio recording. We find the VR and AR units work particularly well for product demonstrations and immersive training - much more memorable than another PowerPoint deck. When you need a break, the Courtyard Café downstairs handles all our catering. They know our space well and time everything perfectly around your agenda. By choosing our venue, you're also supporting WheelWorks Arts' programs that bring creative technology to young people across Northern Ireland - we use the same equipment to run youth workshops in the evenings and weekends.
