Our 60m² meeting space brings together natural light and practical technology in Belfast's Weavers Court. Five minutes from Great Victoria Street station, with free parking that takes the stress out of getting here, we've created a room where productive meetings happen naturally. The large windows flood the space with daylight, while our flexible layout adapts to your needs. We regularly rearrange between theatre style for 20, boardroom for 14, or workshop tables accommodating 25 participants. The mix of vibrant yellow chairs and comfortable high-backed armchairs keeps energy levels up through longer sessions, and our booth area provides a quiet spot for breakout discussions. Technology here works as it should. Our 75" screen with integrated audio bar and webcam handles hybrid meetings smoothly, connecting remote participants without the usual technical delays. The interactive whiteboard gets plenty of use during strategy sessions, while VR headsets bring training to life in ways that stick with people long after they leave. We've set up a dedicated 30" screen in the corner nook for smaller group work, plus iPads for interactive presentations. For content creation, our professional cameras and green screen setup means you can record training videos or presentations without bringing in external equipment. The sound booth delivers broadcast-quality audio when you need it. The Courtyard Café downstairs knows our schedule and delivers refreshments exactly when needed, whether that's morning coffee, working lunches, or afternoon energy boosts. They're used to our timings and adapt to your agenda seamlessly. Your booking here supports WheelWorks Arts' youth technology programs across Northern Ireland. We use the same VR units and creative tech to run evening and weekend workshops for young people, bringing digital skills to the next generation.
