We've created something special here in Bow - a proper American dive bar that doesn't feel like a film set, even though that's exactly what many use it for. Our custom-painted wooden shutters seal off the outside world completely, giving you total control over your shoot or party atmosphere. The space tells its own story through exposed brick walls covered in street art of soul legends - Al Green watches over the bar while Ray Charles and Billie Holiday keep an eye on the room. Our collection spans over 40 bourbons, from everyday pours to 23-year-old rarities that catch the light just right on camera. Behind the bar, you'll find Pabst Blue Ribbon in the cooler and Oskar Blues Can-o-Bliss Citrus, because we believe in doing American drinks properly. Our former Ivy sous chef Sam Gordon smokes all the meat right here - proper brisket, ribs that fall off the bone, and burnt ends that production crews can't resist between takes. The Superstar Martini, made with our own vanilla pods soaked in bourbon, has become something of a signature for wrap parties. We can accommodate up to 60 people standing, though the mismatched furniture and eclectic layout means groups naturally find their own corners. Film crews appreciate how the space works from every angle - no bad shots here. Music video directors love the authentic wear on our bar top and the way afternoon light filters through when we open those shutters.
