We've built something special here in Bow, where exposed brick walls showcase soul legends in vibrant street art, Al Green presiding over our bar while Ray Charles and Billie Holiday watch over your gathering. Our collection spans more than 40 bourbons, from everyday favourites to 23-year-old rarities that gleam amber under the warm glow of our red pendant lights. Behind the bar, you'll spot Pabst Blue Ribbon chilling alongside Oskar Blues Can-o-Bliss Citrus, because we take our American drinks seriously. Former Ivy sous chef Sam Gordon smokes all the meat on-site, delivering proper brisket, tender ribs, and burnt ends that have production crews queuing between takes.
