We're tucked away above Northern Monk brewery in Leeds' Old Flax Store, just a ten-minute walk from Leeds Station, and we've kept all the character of this Grade II listed building intact. Our space tells the story of its industrial past through original flagstone floors and wrought iron pillars that frame the room. Those large windows flood the hall with natural light during daytime weddings and parties, while evenings transform the exposed brick into a warm, atmospheric backdrop. We've found that couples love how the raw textures create instant atmosphere without needing much decoration. The Chapter Hall works as a blank canvas that adapts to your vision. We can arrange seating for up to 100 guests or clear the floor for 200 people standing - perfect for wedding receptions where you want space for both dining and dancing. Our powerful PA system comes with two microphones for speeches and announcements, while the ceiling-mounted projector handles everything from wedding slideshows to corporate presentations. Our private bar stocks the full range of Northern Monk's beers, brewed right beneath your feet. We've watched countless guests discover their new favorite brew while celebrating here. The bar team knows these beers inside out and can recommend the perfect pint for any palate. Our events team works with you from first viewing through to your last dance. We handle the logistics while you focus on your celebration. Corporate clients appreciate our professional setup for workshops and presentations, while wedding couples value how we help transform their ideas into reality. Please note that as a historic building, we don't have lift access to the venue. We are pet-friendly though - your four-legged friends are welcome to join the celebration.
