Friends gather around our scrubbed wooden tables every weekend, and we've watched countless celebrations unfold in our upstairs event space since we opened The Crossing Pub in 2021. Christian Arden founded our Barnes pub at 73 White Hart Lane with a simple vision - create a space where the neighborhood could come together over great food and drinks. Our recent refurbishment transformed both floors into bright, welcoming spaces. Downstairs, plush velvet seating creates intimate corners while maintaining an open feel perfect for mingling. The real showstopper sits outside - our lantern-lit garden terrace, where our bespoke flame-fired rotisserie grill becomes the centerpiece of summer parties. We've hosted everything from 60th birthdays to engagement celebrations out here, with guests often commenting on the magical atmosphere as evening falls. The upstairs dining and event space accommodates up to 60 guests and comes with its own private bar. We've set up this floor for quiz nights, book club meetings, corporate parties, and even wedding receptions. The space transforms easily - one week it's buzzing with football fans watching the match, the next it's elegantly arranged for a milestone birthday dinner. Both floors have Wi-Fi and charging points throughout. Executive Chef Riccardo Rizzo crafts our seasonal menus using ingredients from local suppliers. Party hosts particularly love our rotisserie options for feeding larger groups, though we always include plant-based dishes alongside our meat and fish specialties. Our bar stocks craft beers, cask ales, fine wines, and classic cocktails - we'll work with you to create a drinks selection that suits your event. The Smart Dispense system in our cellar keeps draught beverages at perfect quality while reducing waste. We minimize single-use plastics throughout the pub and offer community groups free daytime use of our event space. Parking facilities nearby make arriving easy for your guests, whether they're coming for an intimate gathering or a full-scale celebration.
