About The Laslett
Five Victorian townhouses on Pembridge Gardens have been our home since we transformed them into The Laslett. We've kept the original architecture while creating 51 rooms that feel more like a local's well-curated flat than a traditional hotel room. You'll find Penguin Classics on the shelves, artwork from neighborhood artists on the walls, and locally sourced treats in each space. Our event spaces work brilliantly for parties up to 80 people. The Henderson Bar becomes your own private venue, where our bartenders craft cocktails while your guests spill out onto the outdoor terrace during warmer months. We've hosted everything from birthday celebrations to book launches here, with the Victorian details and contemporary furnishings creating an atmosphere that feels both grand and relaxed. Each of our rooms comes with the practical bits sorted - air conditioning for those rare London heatwaves, proper work desks with USB charging points, and bathrooms with rain showers stocked with full-sized REN products. The Henderson Kitchen can create seasonal British menus for your event, whether you want passed canapés or a full sit-down dinner. The Recharge Spa downstairs offers something different if you're planning a wellness-focused gathering. We have treatment rooms where guests can try ozone therapy or MesoJet facials between party activities. Being just off Notting Hill Gate means your guests can hop off the Central, District or Circle lines and walk here in under five minutes. Portobello Market is practically on our doorstep, so many groups like to explore the antiques and street food before their evening celebrations begin.
