Our former life as part of Granada Studios and the Coronation Street set gives The Stables a unique character you won't find anywhere else in Manchester. The exposed brick walls and industrial beams tell stories from our television heritage, while our modern bar and professional kitchen bring contemporary comfort to every celebration. We've designed our space to flow naturally between dining and dancing. Those rustic trestle tables and bench seating create an intimate atmosphere for your guests during dinner, then our team can quickly transform the room into a proper dance floor when it's time to party. With capacity for up to 200 standing guests or 120 seated, we've hosted everything from milestone birthdays to company celebrations, each one bringing its own energy to our industrial setting. The kitchen team prepares everything fresh on-site, and our bar staff mix drinks to match your preferences, from classic cocktails to craft beers.
