About Total Boxer
The punch bags sway gently in our 2,750 square foot industrial warehouse as another morning begins at Total Boxer. We've transformed this two-floor space at 21 Cranford Way in London N8 into something special since opening in 2017 - our custom-made boxing ring takes center stage on the 1,250 square foot gym floor, while upstairs, 1,500 square feet of studio space floods with natural light. Matt Garcia, our England Boxing coach who founded Total Boxer in 2012, built this place around his 'Get FIT Not HIT®' philosophy. We teach real boxing skills without anyone getting hurt. Our main gym floor houses everything from heavy bags and speed balls to cardio machines and free weights, while the dedicated studio upstairs hosts our BoxingYoga™ sessions - yes, we actually blend boxing technique with yoga poses. When film crews and modeling agencies book our space for shoots, they're drawn to the authentic boxing atmosphere - exposed brick, industrial features, and equipment that tells a story. Dance troupes love rehearsing in our airy studio floor with its open layout and high ceilings. Corporate groups come here for team-building sessions that get hearts pumping and stress melting away. Our signature classes range from 'Fitness & Skills' where beginners learn proper form, to 'FightReady™' for those wanting advanced technique. Personal training happens throughout the day. Youth programs run after school. Between sessions, our changing rooms with showers and lockers keep everyone comfortable. We're tucked into the Crouch End/Hornsey area of North London, and when we're not running classes, both floors become blank canvases for events, photo shoots, rehearsals, or whatever creative project needs an authentic boxing gym setting with proper facilities.
