The morning sun catches the mirrors along our studio walls, warming the honey-toned wooden floors where BoxingYoga™ sessions usually unfold. This is our Yoga Studio, 1,500 square feet of pure potential on the upper floor of Total Boxer, where the industrial character of our converted warehouse meets the calm focus needed for movement and creativity. We've kept things deliberately simple up here. The original timber flooring stretches across the entire space, while floor-to-ceiling mirrors line the walls, perfect for checking form during dance rehearsals or fitness sessions. Those high ceilings we inherited from the building's warehouse days create an incredible sense of openness, and the natural light pouring through our windows changes throughout the day, from soft morning glow to dramatic afternoon shadows that photographers particularly love. Groups of up to 100 people can gather here comfortably for reception-style events, though we've seen the space transform for all sorts of occasions. Film crews appreciate the authentic boxing gym atmosphere floating up from downstairs, while dance companies book the studio for its combination of space and those essential mirrors. Corporate teams arrive stressed and leave energised after our boxing-fitness fusion sessions, and yoga practitioners find the industrial elements add an unexpected edge to their practice. Between the exposed structural features and clean white walls, there's a rawness here that works brilliantly as a backdrop. We're in Crouch End, North London, with solid transport connections making us easy to reach. Practical stuff matters too, so we've got separate male and female changing rooms with showers downstairs, plus plenty of parking spaces outside. The studio sits ready for whatever you're planning, from wellness workshops to creative shoots, each event adding another layer to its story.
