The Alcock Room graces the first floor of our Member Pavilion, where cricket history meets contemporary celebration. Through the room's generous windows, daylight pours across the space while guests enjoy views over our grounds, creating the perfect backdrop for your party. We've designed this room to flow naturally between indoor comfort and outdoor enjoyment. Your guests can move freely from the main space onto our private terrace, glass in hand, taking in the atmosphere of this iconic cricket ground. The terrace becomes particularly magical during summer evening receptions, offering a refreshing outdoor dimension to your event. Inside, we've arranged comfortable seating throughout the room, with flexibility built into every corner. For cocktail parties, we can welcome up to 100 guests who'll appreciate the relaxed elegance of the neutral décor and soft lighting. Planning something more structured? The space works beautifully for 60 guests in theatre-style seating, or we can create a more intimate atmosphere for smaller gatherings. Our location couldn't be more convenient for your guests. Step out of Oval Tube Station and you'll reach us in just one minute, while those coming from Vauxhall need only seven minutes. We sit just outside the congestion charge zone, making arrival straightforward whether guests travel by tube, bus or car.
