The Ledger Room carries the weight of its banking heritage in every detail. Once where the Bank Manager made decisions that shaped the City, this ground-floor space now hosts your most important gatherings, whether that's sealing deals over dinner or toasting achievements with colleagues. Rich wood paneling climbs the walls, meeting marble that's witnessed over a century of conversations. We've kept the original portraits watching over proceedings, while adding modern touches where they matter - a 75-inch screen sits above the traditional fireplace for presentations, and our PA system ensures everyone catches every word. The plush red banquette running along one wall invites longer conversations, while pendant lights cast the kind of warm glow that makes evening events particularly memorable. For seated dinners, we comfortably accommodate 12 around our table, though the room opens up beautifully for drinks receptions with up to 30 guests. Natural light streams in during daytime meetings, while our air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round. The space flows naturally from our main bar, making arrivals effortless and allowing your guests to explore the grandeur of our banking hall between sessions. Our kitchen team can create anything from working lunch platters to sophisticated three-course dinners, with our alcohol license running until 11pm for those celebrations that deserve proper toasts.
