The Kia Oval's industrial-chic **Jardine Suite** transforms from blank canvas to spectacular event space with remarkable ease. Our 1,500m² ground floor suite in the OCS stand welcomes up to 550 guests for receptions or 450 for seated dinners, with exposed ductwork and soaring ceilings creating an atmosphere that's both spacious and dramatic. Three distinct zones define the space: a generous central area flows into two expansive wings, giving you complete flexibility for your event design. We've hosted everything from pharmaceutical exhibitions with 50 shell scheme stands to production dinners where the industrial aesthetic becomes part of the show. The neutral walls and concrete floors mean your vision takes centre stage, whether that's elaborate lighting installations for product launches or elegant draping for wedding receptions. Natural light streams through large windows during daytime events, while our direct car park access means load-in happens smoothly, even for those ambitious installations. We've actually driven vehicles straight into the space, including the time we recreated a Formula 1 pit stop experience right here on our floor. The OCS reception entrance provides easy guest access, just one minute from Oval Tube Station and seven minutes from Vauxhall, keeping you conveniently outside the congestion charge zone. Our Compass catering team works within this industrial setting to create anything from cocktail receptions with bowl food to formal five-course dinners. The high ceilings accommodate substantial production requirements, from concert-standard sound systems to elaborate staging. As part of our journey towards Net Zero by 2030, we use energy-efficient lighting throughout and source ingredients sustainably for every menu. This adaptable space suits conferences, award ceremonies, Christmas parties, wedding receptions and summer celebrations equally well, with our events team managing every detail from initial planning through to your event day.
