The River Room opens directly onto some of the finest Thames views you'll find anywhere in Docklands. This private dining space centres around our original oval oak table, where up to 16 guests can gather comfortably for celebrations, business dinners, or special occasions. The large windows frame the O2 Arena perfectly across the water, creating a backdrop that never fails to impress. We've kept the room's naval heritage alive through carefully chosen details. The mustard walls showcase a hand-painted mural of historic ships, while our restored oak flooring tells its own centuries-old story. The mix of teal and dark upholstered chairs brings modern comfort to the traditional setting, and the mirrored wall doubles the natural light that floods in throughout the day. For evening events, our ornate candelabras cast a warm glow across the table, transforming the atmosphere completely. We arrange fresh flowers for each booking, adding colour and life to complement the river views. The high ceilings give the space an airy feel despite its intimate size, making it perfect for gatherings where conversation matters. The River Room works brilliantly for birthday dinners, anniversary celebrations, and family gatherings. Corporate groups book it regularly for client entertainment and team celebrations. We provide full audio equipment and Wi-Fi, though most groups find they barely need them, the setting itself creates such natural conversation.
