The moment you step through our doors at The Gun, you're walking into 250 years of naval history right on the Thames. We've carefully restored every corner of this Grade II listed building, keeping the original features that make each room tell its own story - from the weathered beams to the maritime artifacts that line our walls. Our riverside terrace is where most guests gravitate first. With the O2 directly across the water, it's become the go-to spot for everything from birthday drinks to corporate networking events. The terrace accommodates groups beautifully, and when the weather cooperates, there's really nowhere better in Docklands for a party. Inside, we've got several distinct spaces to work with. The Red Room works brilliantly for sit-down dinners, while the Cabin Room has that intimate feel perfect for smaller celebrations. We can handle anything from 6 people gathering for drinks to full venue takeovers for up to 200 guests. Our Gin Garden adds another dimension - it's become incredibly popular for summer parties with its colorful backdrop and extensive gin selection. Food-wise, we're known for proper British pub fare done right. Our Sunday roasts draw crowds (the Yorkshire puddings are genuinely massive), and we change the menu seasonally to keep things fresh. Everything's made from scratch in our kitchen. We're dog-friendly throughout, have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all the main areas, and full accessibility features. Located at 27 Coldharbour, we're an easy walk from Blackwall DLR station and about 10 minutes from Canary Wharf.
