Step into our Upper Hall and you'll understand why event planners keep coming back to this Victorian gem. Those soaring ceilings, reaching up to 6.5 meters, create the kind of atmosphere that makes guests stop and look up when they first walk in. We've hosted everything from 30th birthday parties that turned into impromptu dance-offs to golden wedding anniversaries where three generations filled the vinyl dance floor. The raised stage has seen its share of moments, from surprise performances by professional musicians to heartfelt wedding speeches that had everyone reaching for tissues. Natural light pours through the tall windows during afternoon celebrations, while evening events take on a different character as the soft green walls and wooden paneling create an intimate glow under artificial lighting. Our kitchen facilities mean your chosen caterers can work comfortably on-site, with a proper oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher at their disposal.
