Step through the doors of Holywell Studio on Holywell Row and you'll find yourself in a Shoreditch townhouse that's been hosting East London's most memorable parties since 2021. We've watched birthday celebrations spill across our two floors, seen product launches transform the space, and witnessed networking events evolve into impromptu jam sessions around our upright piano. Our ground floor reception draws people in immediately, with daylight filtering through the windows and illuminating the rich purple sofa that anchors the room. The mid-century modern furniture scattered throughout can be rearranged however you need, whether you're creating conversation clusters for networking or clearing space for dancing. Dark walls paired with our atmospheric lighting system set the mood as day turns to evening, while the built-in PA means your playlist sounds crisp without any external equipment rental hassles. The projector and screen have become surprisingly popular features, displaying everything from childhood photos at 30th birthdays to sleek presentations at corporate launches. That beautiful upright piano in the corner? It's not just decoration, guests regularly gather around it for singalongs or showcase their hidden talents. Venture downstairs to our basement studio and the atmosphere shifts. Originally built for music production, this intimate space creates an underground feel that party-goers love. The additional lounge area down here becomes a natural retreat where conversations flow easier, away from the main party energy upstairs. With 40 people across both floors, the space never feels cramped. Two kitchenettes mean your caterers have plenty of prep space, or you can easily manage drinks and food yourself. Two toilets eliminate those awkward queues, and yes, you can bring your own alcohol. Our location puts you right in Shoreditch's creative pulse, with excellent transport links making arrival simple for all your guests.
