The Private Conservatory Room transforms from a tranquil breakfast spot into one of Chelsea's most sought-after party spaces. Glass walls frame our garden terrace on three sides, and when evening falls, candlelight from our distinctive chandeliers dances across the crisp white tablecloths. We've hosted everything from 30th birthday dinners to engagement celebrations here, and the room adapts beautifully to each occasion. During summer parties, guests naturally drift between the conservatory and our heated courtyard, prosecco in hand, while fairy lights twinkle overhead. In winter, the exposed brick walls and warm lighting create an intimate cocoon, perfect for those milestone celebrations where everyone needs to hear the speeches. We can arrange tables for 16 on one long banquet or split into two for 24 seated guests. For cocktail receptions, we've comfortably fitted 40, though people tend to explore the garden too. Our kitchen prepares proper Italian food, from elegant canapés to full celebratory feasts. We'll design menus around your party, whether you're after sharing platters of antipasti or individual courses. The PA system handles background music and toasts equally well, and we've got all the technical requirements covered, including full accessibility throughout. Our corner of Duke of York Square stays surprisingly peaceful, though inside the conservatory, parties often continue well into the evening.
