We've transformed 5,000 square feet of former factory floor into The Warehouse, where concrete columns that once supported manufacturing machinery now frame everything from fashion shows to tech conferences. Those columns actually work in our favour - event planners use them to create distinct zones within the space, whether that's separating a cocktail area from the main stage or building intimate networking corners during corporate gatherings. The drive-in access through our loading bay has proven invaluable. Last month alone, we rolled in a 1960s Aston Martin for a product launch, three art installations, and an entire festival stage setup. The polished concrete floors handle it all - from stilettos during fashion week to heavy production equipment during conference builds. Our bespoke Funktion-One sound system delivers crystal-clear audio whether you're hosting 350 seated for a presentation or 800 standing for a product reveal.
