Our Syndicate 2 room works perfectly when you need a private space for board meetings or strategic planning sessions. Eight people can gather comfortably around the wooden conference table, with teal upholstered chairs that keep everyone comfortable during those longer discussions. We've kept the décor deliberately simple, cream walls and wood accents that won't distract from your agenda. Everything's ready when you arrive. Notepads and pens sit at each place setting, water glasses are filled, and the wall clock helps you manage your time without constantly checking phones. The overhead lighting keeps the room bright and clear, particularly useful for reviewing documents or presentations together. This room doesn't have windows, which our regular clients actually prefer for confidential meetings. No outside distractions, no glare on screens, just your team focused on the task at hand. The space adapts well to different setups too. While most groups use the boardroom layout for eight, we can arrange classroom style for training four people intensively, or create a U-shape for six when you need more interactive discussions. Being part of our dedicated business floor means you're away from the main hotel traffic. Your team can step out to our corridors for coffee breaks or quick phone calls without disrupting others. The location in Lagan Valley Regional Park, just 15 minutes from Belfast city center, makes it easy for everyone to reach us, whether they're coming from the airport, train station, or driving in with our free parking.
