The Ridgeway Room offers 90 square metres of adaptable meeting space that works particularly well for teams seeking a focused environment away from office distractions. This 14.5 x 6 metre room connects directly to the Wytham Room next door, giving you the flexibility to expand your meeting space or run parallel sessions when needed. We've designed the room to accommodate various meeting formats comfortably. For presentations and conferences, the theatre layout seats up to 40 delegates. When you need more interaction, our cabaret setup accommodates 30 people around tables, whilst the classroom configuration works brilliantly for training sessions with 24 participants. For executive meetings and strategic planning sessions, the boardroom arrangement seats 20 around a central table. The room features professional blue upholstered seating and neutral décor that helps maintain focus throughout long meetings. We've equipped the space with a portable TV for presentations, and bright overhead lighting ensures everyone can take notes and engage with materials effectively.
