Oxford's only venue that can host your board meeting of 12 or your company conference of 1,000 - that's what makes The King's Centre in Osney Mead so unique. We've created over 30,000 square feet of flexible meeting and conference space right here by the River Thames, just a 10-minute walk from Oxford Rail Station. Our two main conference halls - the Thames Hall and Cotswold Hall - form the heart of our facility. These expansive spaces work brilliantly for large-scale conferences and exhibitions. But we know not every meeting needs a grand hall. That's why we've also designed ten support rooms, perfect for breakout sessions, smaller meetings, or intimate workshops. Each room comes equipped with AV equipment and Wi-Fi, and we've made sure natural light fills the spaces to keep your attendees energized throughout the day. Planning a multi-day conference? Our on-site catering team handles everything from working lunches to formal dinners, and we're experienced in accommodating various dietary requirements.
