The Godiva room works perfectly when you need a focused space for your next board meeting or team discussion. We've set it up for eight people around our boardroom table, with ergonomic chairs that keep everyone comfortable during those longer strategy sessions. You'll find our 60-inch screen mounted at the ideal height for presentations, paired with ClickShare technology that connects instantly to your devices. We know how frustrating tech issues can be mid-meeting, so we've made sure everything just works. The flipchart stands ready in the corner for brainstorming sessions, complete with fresh pens. Our team stays close by throughout your meeting, ready to help with anything from adjusting the room temperature to bringing through refreshments. The complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits are always available, and we'll happily arrange catering for working lunches when you need it. Many of our regular clients tell us they appreciate how our coordinators handle the small details, letting them focus entirely on their discussions. The room sits within our recently refurbished building, just four minutes' walk from Coventry Train Station.
