Our classroom on the second floor can accommodate 44 people when set up in traditional rows, making it one of the larger training spaces available in Birmingham city centre. The meeting room itself was warm and comfortable. The building and entrance are very shabby. The receptionists were very pleasant. However there was no instruction provided on how to gain access, ie. which doorbell to ring, which floor to go to, which delayed our entran...
