About Wolverley House
Our boardroom at Wolverley House sits right in Birmingham's city centre, just a short walk from both New Street Station and Moor Street Station. Built in the 1950s by Bertram Baxter & Partners, the building has those distinctive round windows that catch your eye from the street - though we'll admit the entrance could use a bit of sprucing up. When you book our meeting space, you're getting a proper boardroom that seats 10 people comfortably around the table. We've set it up with everything you need for productive meetings: there's a flipchart ready to go, AV equipment for presentations, and unlimited Wi-Fi that actually works without any fuss. We keep filtered water topped up throughout your session, and there's a stationery bag with notepads and pencils on the table. The room itself stays warm even on chilly Birmingham days, and our reception team are here to help with anything you need. We share the building with other businesses, including Stanfords Training who run their health and safety courses here, so there's always a professional atmosphere. Finding us is straightforward - we're at 18 Digbeth, about 260 metres from Moor Street Station if you're coming by train. Just ring the bell when you arrive and our reception will direct you up. Previous guests have mentioned they appreciate the central location and say we offer good value for what you get in the city centre. We've hosted everything from board meetings to training sessions and small team workshops. The space works particularly well for focused discussions where you need everyone around one table, whether that's strategy planning, client meetings, or team briefings.

The meeting room itself was warm and comfortable. The building and entrance are very shabby. The receptionists were very pleasant. However there was no instruction provided on how to gain access, ie. which doorbell to ring, which floor to go to, which delayed our entran...
