Our most popular option for hire is the Lower deck often used for parties of 80+ it offers high ceilings, quirky interiors and full access to our PA system. Other booking options include the West-facing deck and our Stage deck, offering unbeatable views of London. Accommodating up to 45 people, this intimate yet spacious venue also offers an external catering and alcohol of your choice to make your day even more special!

Our venue in Vauxhall is a building with a rich history – it was the headquarters of the Met Police for half a century, and the site of the first police computer. Built in the 1960s on Albert Embankment, right next to the Thames, it remains a very special location. We worked with architects Stanton Williams and Universal Design Studio to create a new workspace location that made the most of the original architectural features (think parquet floors) and the river views, with a 10th floor bar and penthouse. This office building has private offices of all sizes available to rent. The offices range in size from 2 desks to over 100 desks. We also have coworking space available with a number of different membership options. When you rent an office or desk with us, you will have access to all of the meeting rooms on site, as well as the top level office amenities that can be found in this office building.
