Amazing venue in a great location with good staff completely ruined by bad aggressive ground floor staff. To get to the venue you have to go through ground floor entrance staff (40 Gracechurch Street building entrance) who are completely reluctant to help you. After signing they made me wait in the lobby for 10 minutes for no reason. So if you have booked the room for 1 hour and then you lose 10 minutes of it just because the reception staff is lazy then you are just burning money. I thought this was a one off but this happed to 5 of the 6 members in our meeting. The Landmark staff and reception who were location on the first floor were excellent and helpful and the room was excellent. This venue is being ruined by the ground floor staff.
