The meeting room was good value.
Everything is nice except the whiteboard which is the most important reason we picked this room. Whiteboard provided but it cannot be used (got a lot of old markers and cannot be wiped off) , staff is nice to provide solution (ask us to use marker wrote on it and wiped it) but not working, so at the end we need to use our own notebook to draw graphs.
Happy with everything, very convenient for New Street Station, a straightforward and inexpensive meeting room suited our purposes.

We booked the Market Suite for our meeting and everything was to order. Majid was most accommodating and nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to provide a professional and friendly service. We would definitely use the Comfort Inn again because of this. Also the location is exceptionally close to Birmingham New Street Station, literally around the corner. the Market Suite was ideal for our needs although it would be nice to have glasses rather than plastic beakers for the complimentary water and the crockery was not matching. Value for money
