Terrible service. Used twice in last 2 weeks. Staff are grumpy. Acoustics are terrible (could hear lots of outside noise from inside our meeting room). Won't be using again

The meeting went fine.

The room itself was perfect and I liked the coffee area just outside so I would use the venue again. The only slight negative comment was firstly the building works outside which didn't make it easy to find the entrance (not your fault of course)

Also when I arrived it wasn't clear who to ask for – the name on the confirmation - Charlotte – I misunderstood and thought it was the person who would meet me there. Anyway – a lady behind the coffee bar countered eventually sorted it out and we got the room which was fine.
